- Build up the habits of not touching your face with your hand may help to reduce the growth of acne and pimples.

Any products applied on skin have it’s quantity, we have to take note of how much we are applying them on skin to optimize the benefits of the products to the skin. We might think that a product is good and wanted to apply as much as possible on skin, however, our skin will consume as it needed, applying too much may become a burden for our skin.
Here listed a few of the chemicals pairing that will not bring benefits to the skin:
Rational in Purchasing Skin Care Products
- Keep body hydrated: we need around 6~8 cups of water every day. Not to drink all 8 cups in once, a cup at once is enough. Warm water preferable.
- Diet: Eat nutritious food, eat on time, eat without distractions and chew fully before swallowing the food will help to enhance the absorption of the nutrients in our body. What you eat is what you get. Lesser spicy food to reduce acne and you may look up for some nutritious drinks that can help you brighten up your skin. (flower tea, fruit tea etc.)
- Keep your bed clean: how long you sleep on your bed is exact the same amount of time your face get in contact with your pillow. Hence we have to keep at least our pillow clean to keep our face clean as well. The bacterial and dust on the pillow may also trigger sensitivity based on skin’s condition.
- Face towel: it’s best to have two towel, one for body and one for face. Also to keep them clean always.
